Who we are
This website, eurodogtravels.com, is run by Karen and Carl, based in Denmark, trading as ABC Webtekst (CVR 34317054). If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email us at karen@eurodogtravels.com.
What we collect, and why
We keep data collection to a minimum.
- If you buy our guide: your purchase is handled by our payment provider, Payhip, who collects the details needed to process the sale and send you the file (your email and payment information). We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver the guide and provide support. We use this only to complete and support your purchase.
- If you just browse: we don’t track you. This site uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no non-essential cookies. We don’t build a profile of your visit.
Who else handles your data (our processors)
We only share data with the providers that make the site work:
- Payhip — processes guide purchases and delivers the file.
- Nordicways — our web host (based in Denmark, EU).
We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone beyond the providers listed here.
How long we keep it
We keep records of a sale for as long as the law requires us to (accounting records must be kept for several years under Danish law); these are held by Payhip as the seller of record. Otherwise, we delete personal data when it’s no longer needed, or sooner on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To exercise any of these, email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we’ll respond. If you’re ever unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
Cookies
We use only the essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, so there’s no cookie banner to click through. If that ever changes, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first.
